You’ll support new and existing customers across UK and Channel Island lending, taking the time to understand their circumstances, explain suitable options and guide them through the application process. Working closely with Mortgage Sales, Onboarding and Credit, you’ll help deliver a smooth customer experience while ensuring lending is responsible, compliant and commercially sound.
We’re looking for someone with strong customer-facing or financial services experience, excellent communication skills and a good understanding of mortgages and affordability. Previous mortgage sales or advice experience would be advantageous.
