In this position, you’ll manage a team of Assistant Relationship Managers, providing coaching and mentoring to junior team members and new joiners. You’ll take responsibility for projects, contribute ideas to improve team processes and performance, and identify opportunities to support business growth. You’ll also oversee operational risk, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and build and maintain strong client relationships.
The successful applicant will ideally hold a relevant professional qualification and have experience in a similar role. You’ll be a driven, client-focused professional who understands the importance of delivering a consistently high standard of service.
