The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for for the delivery and customer experience based around Microsoft AD and DNS products and will be comfortable managing and investigating customer support issues and issues raised by monitoring, and in both cases a determination to reach the root cause is essential.
Candidates are required to have an associate level qualification such as CCNA, VCA or equivalent experience, the demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and 3 or more years’ experience in a systems administration role, preferably in a service provider environment.
