Are you ready to step into a pivotal leadership role in compliance and risk within a dynamic financial services environment? We’re seeking a Compliance & Risk Manager (MLCO) to join a well-respected and growing firm in Guernsey, reporting directly to the Deputy CEO.
This is a key position responsible for upholding high standards of regulatory compliance and risk management, while influencing business strategy at board level. The role stands out for its breadth, visibility, and contribution to shaping the firm’s governance culture.
Responsibilities include:
Acting as Compliance and Risk Manager with accountability to clients, directors, shareholders, and regulators.
Serving as the Nominated Officer and supporting the outsourced MLRO.
Reviewing and implementing the Business Risk Assessment and regulatory policies.
Producing and presenting high-quality compliance reports to the Board.
You will bring with you over 10 years of experience in the international trust and private wealth sectors, strong attention to detail and a proactive, commercially minded approach. You should also be confident working closely with senior stakeholders, regulators, and auditors and be able to deliver training and champion a strong compliance culture across the business.
