You will play a key role in ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to both landlords and tenants, managing a portfolio of residential properties and acting as the main point of contact for all related queries. Responsibilities will also include coordinating maintenance works, liaising with contractors, carrying out routine property inspections, supporting project and block management activities, and maintaining accurate property records.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised with strong attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and relationship management skills. Previous experience within property, lettings, administration, or a customer-focused environment would be advantageous, although not essential. Knowledge of the Guernsey property market would also be beneficial.
A full driving licence is required for this role.
