Our client is seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to join their Operations team in Guernsey. This is a pivotal role managing the end-to-end stability and performance of live telecoms and managed services for a key customer estate.
You will act as the primary operational interface, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while ensuring all SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations are met. Key responsibilities include leading major incident management, governing change activities, and driving long-term problem resolution to enhance service resilience.

The ideal candidate offers a strong ITIL background and technical expertise in connectivity, voice, and cloud services. If you possess a proactive mindset and experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic operations environment.

ITEL Foundation (minimum) or equivalent necessary
PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are highly desirable.
