We are seeking an experienced Client Services leader to oversee the day-to-day running of the operations and client services activity.
The responsibilities of this role include ensuring activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed service standards, while fostering a high-performance culture, promoting accountability, and overseeing client servicing, transaction processing, and operational controls to ensure compliance with both regulatory and internal requirements.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate, support, and develop others. Proven experience within the financial services industry is essential, and prior experience at a supervisory or team leadership level would be advantageous. A strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and operational control requirements is essential, along with a professional, client-focused approach.
