This is a diverse and hands-on role in which you will serve as a key point of contact for HR operations across the business both locally and in other jurisdictions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective delivery and integrity of People Operations processes, driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
To succeed in this role, you will have a strong understanding of HR operations, employee life-cycle processes, and HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. You will be experienced in working with HR systems and maintaining accurate employee records. Experience managing visa, immigration, and work permit processes would be advantageous.
This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and enjoys taking ownership of a broad range of responsibilities. Offering significant visibility and impact across the organisation, the position requires a flexible and hands-on approach.
