Be at the heart of one of Guernsey's most celebrated arts events, playing a key administrative role in bringing an internationally recognised festival to life.
You'll play a key role in shaping the festival by coordinating travel and accommodation for speakers, preparing contracts, responding to queries, liaising with volunteers, and working closely with the programming team to ensure speaker biographies and event descriptions are received on time. The role also includes a variety of general administrative duties to support the successful planning and delivery of the festival.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet deadlines, and excellent proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite are essential.

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity, ideal for someone seeking rewarding work that fits around other professional or personal commitments. The successful candidate must be able to attend monthly meetings, take accurate minutes, and be available to assist with occasional last-minute issues as they arise. The role offers approximately 500 hours per year, with the majority of hours worked during the six-month period from December to May.
