This is a varied role where the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of pragmatic, risk-based recommendations to enhance controls, processes and customer outcomes, maintaining accurate records and audit trails in relation to SAR reviews and outcomes, and building effective working relationships with first line teams to facilitate the delivery of Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP) reviews.
We are looking for someone with at least three years' experience in Compliance, Risk or AML/CFT/CPF, together with a strong working knowledge of Guernsey regulatory requirements. A collaborative approach, excellent attention to detail and the ability to build effective working relationships are essential for this role.
