Back to ResultsJoin a high-performing insurance and financial services business specialising in wealth management, international life insurance and employee benefit solutions as the Compliance Monitoring Programme Manager.
You will take ownership of and deliver the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP), ensuring it is risk-based, aligned with regulatory expectations and effective in assessing the design and operating effectiveness of controls. In addition, you will provide independent oversight and constructive challenge to the first line, identifying regulatory risks, control weaknesses and areas of non-compliance.
You must be able to exercise sound judgement, demonstrate strong and consistent leadership, and possess excellent presentation skills. Ideally, you will have a minimum of five years’ experience within a Compliance role, with extensive experience in AML/CFT/CPF and risk. A strong understanding of GFSC regulatory requirements and the expectations outlined within the AML Handbook would be highly beneficial.
