You’ll lead the local operational resilience framework while overseeing Business Support, Local IT and Facilities. Responsibilities include governance, critical function management, resilience testing, remediation, third-party risk and outsourcing, cyber and information security, alongside reporting to senior management and governance committees.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years’ experience in operational resilience, operational risk, outsourcing, business continuity or a related discipline within regulated financial services, including management responsibility. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, governance and reporting skills are essential.
