This position will lead the local operational resilience framework, ensuring alignment with group standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing governance, critical function mapping, resilience testing, remediation activities, third-party risk management, cyber resilience, and information security initiatives, while providing regular reporting to senior management and governance committees.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience in operational resilience, risk, outsourcing, or business continuity within a regulated financial services environment. Strong stakeholder management, governance, reporting, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to influence at all levels and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
